As flight-seeing is a weather dependent activity we ask that you are aware of and agree to our Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation due to weather – Full Refund / No Charge
- Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to date of departure – Full Refund / No Charge
- Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to date of departure or ”No Show” – No Refund / 100% Charge
*Southern Alps Air Ltd reserves the right to alter any flight path in the interests of Safety and due weather conditions en route.
*The pilot may elect not to remain in Milford Sound for the boat cruise due to weather – this is for reasons of safety and is solely at the pilots discretion. If this is the case, passengers will be refunded the cost of the cruise.
